Ingredients
- ½ cup NuZest vanilla protein powder or your choice of protein
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- Coconut oil to cook with
- Cut fruit to decorate
- Pure maple syrup to decorate
Method
- Blend everything together until a smooth mixture forms
- Heat a pan and melt 1 tsp coconut oil
- Spoon mixture on hot pan – flip when bubbles have formed on pikelets
- Serve and top with your favourite fresh fruit and pure maple syrup
