These babies are so fast to whip up and satisfy those pancake cravings without the guilt! They’re also packed with protein so will keep you full of energy all morning <3

Ingredients

  • ½ cup NuZest vanilla protein powder or your choice of protein
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • Coconut oil to cook with
  • Cut fruit to decorate
  • Pure maple syrup to decorate

Method

  1. Blend everything together until a smooth mixture forms
  2. Heat a pan and melt 1 tsp coconut oil
  3. Spoon mixture on hot pan – flip when bubbles have formed on pikelets
  4. Serve and top with your favourite fresh fruit and pure maple syrup

Top Tip: Drizzling home-made dark chocolate over them will turn them into a luscious dessert or weekend treat <3
